How to wear your dresses in the Autumn and Winter Months.

Baby, it’s getting cold outside. But that doesn’t mean we’re ready to hibernate our dress collection, and neither is Ariana. Winterize your dresses by adding in key pieces that keep you warm while you’re wearing them. You’ll be cozy and chic all season long.

Option #1: Add Tights.
The simplest way to add a warm layer? Tights! Throw on a pair of black tights to keep it classic, or experiment with colors and patterns. We love these fleece-lined tights.


Option #2: Layer. Take a strappy dress and add a cropped blazer or a cardigan. It’s easy to find a basic piece you already have in your closet, and just one extra layer will keep you from getting too chilled while sporting your Ariana inspired look.


Option #3: Choose a long, chic coat.
Nothing gives you a sleek and polished look like a classic, long black coat. It’s a closet must-have and works perfectly with dresses in the colder months. Stay away from shorter coats, which could make the outfit look bulky, and Ariana never looks bulky.


Option #4: One of the easiest ways to keep warm is by incorporating a pashmina or chic scarf into your look. A patterned scarf looks great with a simple wool dress, while a larger pashmina works well as a wrap for a sleeveless dress. Ariana always rocks this look in the winter and fall months.

Hey guys! Brianna here:) so I’ve been really into cooking lately and trying out new foods, so I thought I share some healthy recipes since Ariana tends to eat really healthy.

Right here we have a Power Berry Smoothies Bowl which I eat for breakfast.

Berry smoothie has these ingredient in it:
On the bottom it has { frozen blueberries, strawberries, açià powder, mesquite, cinnamon + a dash of almond milk -my favorite milk by the way! Literally i’m obsessed lol-}
Then it’s topped with {sliced strawberries, homemade granola + dried mulberries }

How to get Ariana’s flawless radiant skin using all natural ingredients.

Face masks are a must to keeping your skin hydrated and healthy looking like Ariana’s, but they can be really expensive! So why pay copious amounts of money for store bought facial masks and cleansers that contain harsh chemicals and alcohol when you can make your own right at home, using ingredients that are in your kitchen as we speak! 

Masks should stay on for 10-15 minutes. I love washing masks off with a steaming hot washcloth. Run the washcloth under hot water, squeeze out the excess water and then press to your face for a full minute. Then, gently wash off the mask in a circular motion.

These Masks Work for All Skin Types

While some homemade face masks work best on oily, dry or sensitive skin, I’ve pulled together 2 amazing recipes that work on all skin types, this way each and every one of our readers can benefit from this post, not just a select few.

Egg Whites and Yogurt Face Mask:

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Total Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites, separated from the yolk and placed in a bowl
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt (I like Greek yogurt)

Preparation:

Separate the egg whites from a couple eggs and place them in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt (do not use flavored yogurt!). Mix them up and apply to face. Leave on face for a few minutes then rinse face in warm water, followed by a warm washcloth.

Oatmeal Yogurt Face Mask:
this face mask will totally cleanse and rejuvenate your face, with only 3 simple ingredients!

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Total Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground
  • 1 tbsp live, organic yogurt (skip the flavored stuff)
  • A few drops of honey

Preparation:

Add the yogurt to the oatmeal in a small bowl and mix together.

Warm a few drop of honey. To do this, warm a spoon under hot water for a minute, then add a few drops of honey to the spoon.

Stir the honey into the yogurt and oatmeal mixture.

Apply the mask to the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off with several splashes of warm water. Follow with a warm washcloth.

Apply moisturizer.

With that crisp and cold fall weather right around the corner, it’s that time of year again to snuggle up in bed and watch movies all day long. Eating healthy movie snacks can be quite the challenge, but we found 5 yummy snacks under 80 calories to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ariana herself eats extremely healthy, but she recently revealed to her fans on twitter that she likes to cheat just once a month, so why not cheat with these healthy but yummy movie snacks?
1.) Enjoy 5 yummy Lifesavers for only 57 calories.
2.) Indulge on 10 delicious Mike & Ike chewy gummies totaling at only 60 calories.
3.) Dive into fall with Ariana’s personal favorite, Snocaps! Enjoy 1 ½ tablespoons of these perfect pieces of heaven for only 68 calories.

Hia lovelies:) Sorry i didnt post much in the past couple days it was my birthday yesterday and then my friends the day before and my brothers before that:)

Anyways today i’m gonna help you guys out with eating right and if you want this will also help you improve you.  

Ariana made a post about eating right and nourishing yourself. You guys can just go to our health tab and read that. It has both her post for nourishing yourself and explaining it more because a rumor went around that she was anorexic. 

So its really good to eat right and what ariana does is cut out any carbs or anything like that:) She eats mostly fruits and veggies but ounce in a while it is okay to eat a little chocolate or carb. Eating chocolate will increasing your happiness. Theres something about it that just makes you happy:)

When you drink things try to drink lots of water or 100% say like fruit juice or coconut water is my fave and i believe Ari’s too. Drinks made from water with berries juice in it or something like that is way healthier then soda/pop.

Below I’m gonna list a couple things that is healthy to eat and she most likely eats. I cant tell you like exacts and everything but ill try my best… that would be creepy if i could tell you that lmfao 

in the first pic it has Chicken, hummus w cayenne pepper, blueberries & raspberries  

The second pic has little heart shaped pancakes with strawberries and jelly. Ariana’s in love with strawberries so she eats those a lot i believe. 

Breakfast (most of these are on the go, because i know school is starting and you dont have much time):  

–Add some nuts, chopped-up fruits, berries, honey to some yogurt & dig in!

–Hard-boil several eggs to have on hand for busy mornings. Just peel/crack on-the-go & you’re good for the day!

–Make breakfast wraps with whole wheat tortillas; roll in lean protein, such as turkey and low-fat cheese, scrambled eggs with diced peppers and onions, or peanut butter and bananas. 

–Single-serving cartons of low-fat, low-sodium cottage cheese are a good source of protein; stir in berries or fruit for fiber. 

–Try soy or lean turkey sausage patties (you can eat them alone or put them in a breakfast wrap or sandwich). I’ve tried these and they are really yummy!
 
–Stir a tablespoon or two of fruit preserves or chopped dried fruit into plain instant oatmeal to add a touch of sweetness.

Lunch:

-Arnold Palmer Sandwich. Combine finely chopped hard-boiled eggs and pickles with mustard and mayonnaise, then spread on a slice of multigrain bread. Combine drained canned tuna, finely chopped celery and onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice, then spread on another slice of bread. Sprinkle with torn basil leaves and assemble. 

-Turkey Salad Rolls. Combine diced smoked turkey, toasted almonds, halved seedless red grapes, thinly sliced celery and mayonnaise. Transfer to an airtight container; pack with a whole wheat hot dog bun for your talented kid to assemble. Or not. 

Snacks (you can also eats these with your lunch or eat them for breakfast):

-Single portion-sized cups of unsweetened apple sauce or fruit without added sugar. 

-Trail mix made with cereals, nuts, pretzels, dried fruit or raisins, and a few chocolate morsels.
 
-Low fat cheese spread on whole wheat crackers.
 
-Individual serving-sized packages of low fat yogurt, cottage cheese, or yogurt smoothies.
 
-Baby carrots, celery sticks, or apple slices with dips made from yogurt or low fat sour cream. 

-Air-popped popcorn flavored with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
 
-Low fat cheese cubes and seedless grapes make a delicious side dish for sandwiches or wraps.
 
-Cold strips of grilled chicken with honey mustard dip.
 
-Dried cranberries or cherries are a sweet alternative for kids bored with raisins. 

Now the last picture is of her organic garden and in that picture it her Watermelons growing:) She loves to eat a ton of fruit so basically you can eat anything. My favorites are Watermelon, Strawberries, Kiwi, Raspberries and Melon. You guys can pick and choice on your own tho:)

Hey, loves. So some good hairstyles for pe lesson or class or period would be half up half down, ponytail or fully down.

I got requested to do it with showing now ear so i did some with showing no ears:) 

Half up half down: First off i know Ariana wears it half up half down so her half up side take her hair from the front but you could not put as much hair up and leave it so its covering the ear. You could almost do it like in the Baby I video too!

Full down: Now Ariana doesnt wear her hair all down cause she doesnt feel comfortable but you could just wear it natural and all down with it just brushed:) 

I know that some of these take time to do and for my changing time during PE we have 5 minutes tops, but ounce you do them over and over you’ll get better and faster at doing it:) 

substitute curling and buy some kinda of moose or gel and scrunch your hair and swirl it around your finger for some natural curls if you would like
