Anonymous asked: Hey Nikki! I saw that you were using coconut oil as your cleanser? How do you do that? Does it help breakouts? I been breaking out so much lately T-T

Hi gorgeous! Coconut oil has helped my breakouts SO much. I did tons of research about using it as a facial cleanser before I even let it come in contact with my skin. Coconut oil actually has antibacterial and antifungal properties, making it the perfect solution to treating as well as reducing acne! It also works on all skin types (dry, normal, combo, even oily!) It also removes even the most stubborn of makeup. However, it’s super duper important that you are using coconut oil that is unrefined, 100% extra virgin, and organic!

Personally, I take a little bit of coconut oil into my hands (usually no more than a teaspoon) and I apply it all over my skin, gently massaging it for a minute or so in circular motions. Once complete, I prefer to let the oil sit for a minute or two to really get into my pores. (I usually like to multitask at this point by checking my phone or brushing my teeth to pass the time!) Next, I simply rinse off my skin with warm water! The warm water will help open up your pores and push all that yucky stuff out. Your skin will absorb the excess oil, making the coconut oil a natural facial moisturizer as well!

Just a quick tip: I also love mixing organic honey and cinnamon together and applying it as a mask a couple times a week to help fight against acne. This mask literally works miracles! Simply mix it together, apply it to your skin, and let it sit for 15 minutes to an hour! I guarantee you’ll see results within a week! (Why am I talking like a Proactive commercial??) Hope this helps! Love you to the moon and back (:

Anonymous asked: What kind of eyeshadow does Cat use? It looks like a golden brown (like in the season 3 promo picture) but I'm not sure...

Remember Michael, Ariana’s makeup artist back in the Victorious and Sam & Cat days? Believe it or not, I vividly recall him explaining that he actually just sweeped bronzer into the creases or Ari’s eyelids. If I had to guess, I would say he used the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Broner ($30.00)
