How to get Ariana’s shiny, smooth, perfect hair! **Requested**

Ariana uses heat pretty much every day, but that doesn’t stop her hair from looking shiny, voluminous, and just overall drop dead gorgeous! With these 10 easy steps, you can have healthy beautiful hair just like Ariana’s, even when using heat every day! Besides, don’t you love it when you feel as if your hair looks so good, you might’ve just stepped out of a shampoo commercial? You imagine yourself stopping traffic as you strut your stuff down the street - wind whipping through your long, glistening tresses. Bad hair days? Never!

Okay, so maybe that scenario is only the stuff of dreams - but shiny, healthy hair can be reality, Ariana is living proof!

1. Say yes to hair serum.
Shine serums are available that have been specially formulated to give frizzy or unruly hair a sleek sheen. Find some great options at your local drugstore, beauty supply store, or hair salon. These products moisturize your hair with a light concentration of oils or silicone, Ariana personally uses moroccan oil on a daily basis. To apply, use a pea sized amount. Start at the bottom of your hair and work your way up, rubbing it into wet hair with your hands. It’s important not to use too much serum, because it can weigh hair down, but if you feel you need more moisture, go ahead and add a bit more.

2. Use a leave-in conditioner.
Regular conditioners are great, but if you really want to pump up the shine, Ariana recommends adding a leave-in conditioner to your routine. These come in both spray-on and lotion forms. Apply them the same way you do shine serum (see tip No. 1).

3. Wash with cool water.
Beware of hot water! It can dry out your hair and leave it dull. Instead, after shampooing and conditioning, rinse with cool water. It closes the cuticle, and that allows light to reflect off the hair, producing lots of shine.

4. Be smart about blow-drying.
As you’re blow-drying your hair, direct the dryer’s nozzle down the hair shafts as you hold each section of hair with a round brush. Finish by pressing the “cool” button on your hair dryer - the cool air produces a reflective effect similar to that of a cool-water rinse after shampooing. But remember, blow-drying is not a must! You can avoid blow-drying completely by simply air drying your hair.

5. Spray on the shine.
When your hair is dry, finish your look with a spray-on shine product. I recommend spray mists made by Ojon and Pantene. Whether it comes in a pump bottle or aerosol can, a shine spray can be misted onto dry hair - no matter what texture it is - to give it an extra glistening effect.

6. Switch to a silicone flatiron.
A flatiron can help you get Ariana’s picture perfect pin straight hair, which usually looks shinier than her wavy hair. But avoid overusing a flatiron - all that heat-styling can be drying! Ariana loves using her new type of flatiron made by Bio Ionic with silicone built into the plates rather than the typical ceramic or metal. The heated silicone glides right over the hair and straightens it in one pass, i’ve found that silicone cuts the straightening time in half, which means less damage!

7. Get a glossing treatment.
If you really want to get your shine on, consider having a professional glossing treatment. These are often performed after a hair-coloring treatment, but you can get one without the dye job. It’s designed to give you richer hair color with more depth, but it doesn’t actually have any pigment to it. A glossing is usually temporary, lasting about four to six shampoos, and glossing kits are available at some drugstores, so you can even try it out without hitting the salon.

8. Hydrate your body.
Drinking plenty of water will ensure that your hair is properly moisturized from the inside out. About eight glasses a day is ideal. Keep a bottle by your side and sip from it often! Ariana almost always has a coconut water in her bag or right next to her on a every day basis.

9. Eat nutritious foods.
Isaac (Ariana’s long time friend and trainer) recommends getting your daily recommended allowances of vitamins A and E for shiny, healthy hair. Also, be sure you’re eating plenty of protein, which promotes hair growth. Eggs and nuts are excellent sources of protein.

10. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Shiny hair is healthy hair - so don’t abuse it! Limit your hair’s exposure to harsh chemicals, like the chlorine in pools, and lye-based hair-relaxing creams. Use heat-styling as infrequently as you can get away with, and avoid products that contain alcohol, which can dry out your hair and strip its shine.

Ohhh, makeup. A necessity in any Arianators life. But applying makeup can be very tricky at times. You can end up with a caked face, an uneven skin tone, or the very worst, streaks and creases! But no worries, I have the solution for you. With these few tips, you’ll have a flawless face of makeup like Ariana in no time.

1.) Foundation. Using a foundation can be an important aspect of makeup, but it can also be the trickiest. It is very important to buy a foundation that matches your skin tone perfectly. After all, foundation is used to perfect your skin tone, not create a new one! If you do end up with the wrong shade, most drugstores have a 30 day policy for returning cosmetics. If your drugstore doesn’t, don’t panic! A lighter foundation can easily be used as an under eye concealer, as it will lighten and brighten your dark circles. A darker foundation can be used a liquid bronzer, making contouring a lot easier!

2.) Concealer. OH NO! IT’S 20 MINUTES BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS AND YOU JUST REALIZED YOU RAN OUT OF YOUR FAVORITE CONCEALER! WHAT DO YOU DO?! HOW WILL YOU POSSIBLY COVER ALL OF YOUR BREAKOUTS AND DARK SPOTS? CALL 911, YOU’RE GOING TO DIE. Haha, just kidding of course! Running out of your concealer on a short notice actually isn’t that big a deal at all. Believe it or not, you can use a liquid or stick foundation as a dupe for concealer! Now lets say you accidentally buy an anti-aging concealer by accident, what are you going to do?! You’re too young for wrinkles! Just kidding again! You can actually be any age to use a anti-aging concealer, all that means is it won’t settle into and lines or creases you may have, and who wants that?!

3.) Mascara. Ariana has long luscious eyelashes, so mascara is a MUST for a completed makeup look! However, mascara can easily clump, and Ariana NEVER has clumpy lashes. This problem can easily be avoided by sticking to only one or two coats of mascara, anymore will definitely result in clumps. If you do get clumps by accident however, this can easily be fixed with tweezers and a steady hand. It’s easy as that!

4.) Powder. Who wants a cakey looking face? No one! Using too much powder can easily make you look like a cakey mess, and enlarge your pores to the size of jupiter. Avoid this by using just enough powder to set your foundation and keep you looking matte. For touch-ups, use a small eyeshadow or blush brush to lessen this risk of applying too much product.

These are all my tips and tricks for now! More will be posted as soon as possible (: Have a great evening everyone!

sorry guys my cousin surprised us but here is the tutorial!

Ariana Grande Eyebrow tutorial:

Begin by taking a eyebrow brush and comb out your eyebrows

Next take an eyebrow pencil and try to fill out your brows. Kinda try to shape them like Arianas. Ariana doesnt have much of an arch in her eyebrows but if you want to you can add more of one or shape it with less of one. In this picture it looks like she didnt shape it with a huge arch. Just try to match her eyebrow shape as best as you can.

To make sure you didnt fill in your brow too much go back in with your brush and comb them out ounce more.

I hope this helped you!!:)
