Cat’s red velvet hair color is extremely hard to pull of unfortunately. The trick is to finding the right red for your skin tone. Freckles, pale skin and light eyes work best with strawberry blonde and copper reds. Darker eyes with cooler skin tones work best with deeper true reds and violet tones. But if you really want red hair like Cat’s, I think you should totally go for it! Take a risk! I would just make sure to mix in a little bit of a neutral brown with the color as well. This will not stand in the way of the shade of red you are going for, it will merely give you a tad more depth preventing your red to take too bright, especially over such light hair (which you will have once your hair is bleached and ready to go.)
